 Are we going to vote for a man that hangs around people that wanna harm the us...Bill aris... ......Im not and if you were smart  you would not yourself...This man is a lyer, he his very untrustworthy. Summit county Sheriff and Akron PD working together Submitted for Summit county, OH

 Akron police is now going to be under control of Sheriff Drew Alexander from the Summit County Sheriff's Department.  I have never heard of anything like this before.  The police and sheriff should be seperate.  Akron should be in control of their own department.  We voted the sheriff into office to be in control of Summit County, not Akron.

 So I plan on makin this short straight and to the point... Could some one please please please tell me why it can be and IS so hard for local public safety elements such as fire departments, police departments, sheriffs departments, what ever the case may be, to get funding and extra money on VITAL equipment they need to do their job and stay safe.
